These resources are primarily curated from Research4Life's Hinari collection, which provides free access via log-in to thousands of medical journals and books to registeredinstitutions. Research4Lifeprovides institutions in low-and middle-income countries (LMIC) with online access to academic and professional peer-reviewed content. Working in partnership with major international development organisations, research institutions and scholarly publishers, Research4Lifeaims to improve teaching, research and policymaking in health, agriculture, the environment and other life, physical and social sciences.
TheHinariResearch for Life collection provides access tojournals in biomedical and related social sciences to local, not-for-profit institutions in developing countries.Managed by the World Health Organization,Hinari provides online access to thousands ofjournals, e-books and other information resources.

The Global Development committee is "committed to improving education and training capacity in anaesthesia and pain medicine in response to the needs expressed by low and middle income countries (LMIC)".
Fellows of the college develop and contribute to variety of anaesthesia and pain medicine programs across the Pacific, Asia and Africa.
