Fundamentals of mentoring [Learn@ANZCA]
The Fundamentals of Mentoring course is specifically designed to support existing hospital mentoring schemes by providing a training framework for mentors and mentees in anaesthesia and pain medicine.
Fundamentals of feedback [Learn@ANZCA]
Comprised of seven e-learning modules - including an introductory module - designed to up-skill and support you to have effective feedback conversations in all aspects of your daily practice, the Fundamentals of Feedback course is designed to introduce you to a conversational framework that may be applied to feedback conversations, both clinical and simulated settings.

ANZCA Library has compiled a list of support resources relevant to the general wellbeing of medical practitioners.
ANZCA: Critical Incident Debriefing (CID) Toolkit
Our Critical Incident Debriefing Toolkit provides a comprehensive, evidence-based resource on what are critical incidents, how to provide support and a hot debrief following a critical incident. It can be read in sections or as a whole.
