Medico-legal reports/expert witness

  • Time spent preparing medico-legal reports and/or acting as an expert witness.

  • Requests for medico-legal reports originate from a variety of sources - for example: police, lawyers, government tribunals, insurance companies or patients.
  • Provide a medical report for a coroner
  • Provide a medical report to support a compensation claim
  • Provide expert testimony in a legal proceeding - for example: expert witness o behalf of a state-based health authority
  • Provide a report for a medical authority - for example: Ahpra
