Workplace-based assessment of trainees, including provision of feedback

  • Observation of trainee or student performance in the workplace using a structured form, with constructive feedback provision on performance.

  • Facilitate an ANZCA mini clinical evaluation exercise (mini-CEX) for the anaesthesia or RGA training courses
  • Facilitate an ANZCA direct observation of procedural skills (DOPS) for the anaesthesia or RGA training courses
  • Facilitate an ANZCA case-based discussion (CbD)
  • Facilitate FPM Workplace-based progressive feedback
