University of Oxford: Global Anaesthesia Course
Global Anaesthesia Course (formerly known as Anaesthesia in Developing Countries (ADC)) is an unusual and successful course started by Dr Mike Dobson in 1981 in Oxford, in an effort to meet the specific needs of anaesthetists from the UK and similar high-income countries wishing to travel to low-resource settings to work, or to collaborate with other anaesthetists in these settings.

Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) Australia
Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) is an independent international medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural or man-made disasters.
NZ Medical Treatment Scheme (NZMTS)
As of the 1st of December 2022, the Pasifika Medical Association Group was formally awarded the contract as Managing Services Contractor for the New Zealand Aid Programme Medical Treatment Scheme. The New Zealand Medical Treatment Scheme (NZMTS) has provided access to life saving medical treatment for Pacific countries for over 30 years.
NZSA: Global Health Committee
The NZSA supports outreach projects through its Global Health Committee (GHC), the Lifebox Project and the Hugh Spencer Education Fund. The GHC is involved in activities and projects to support anaesthesia, including training, in the Pacific.
PACT (Pacific Anaesthesia Collaborative Training)
The NZSA Global Health Committee launched PACT to support the costs of training anaesthetists within the Pacific region, helping with the development of a safe, sustainable anaesthesia workforce across the Pacific.

Vital Anaesthesia Simulation Training (VAST)
Our mission is to enable delivery of high-quality simulation-based medical education, improving anaesthesia and perioperative safety, regardless of the context.
Wellcome: Low- and middle-income countries
This is a list of countries with low-income or middle-income economies. The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) compiles this information and revises it every three years.
