Education development

  • Contribution to development of educational resources relevant to your scope of practice and used by others. This includes using emerging teaching and learning technologies.

I'm involved in the development of:

  • Curricula - for example: work on the ANZCA Course in Perioperative Medicine curricula
  • e-Learning tools - for example: involvement in the creation of a Learn@ANZCA module
  • Workshops and simulation session content - for example: the redevelopment of an ER activity session
  • Educational tools and rubrics - for example: the development of rubrics used to assess trainee completion of tasks within your hospital
  • Educational strategies, policies, and guidelines
  • Support content intended for educational/CPD use - for example: liaison work on a specialised library guide
